Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 6 cups fresh spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add the olive oil, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic and cook until spinach begins to wilt – about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and squeeze some fresh lemon juice and serve!
