- 6 cups fresh spinach
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium/high heat. Add the olive oil, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic and cook until spinach begins to wilt – about 3-5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and squeeze some fresh lemon juice and serve!
