- 1 small seedless watermelon, diced into 1-inch cubes (or half a medium watermelon)
- 12 ounces raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (about 4–5 leaves)
- juice from 1 lime (about 1–2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Add the diced watermelon and raspberries to a large bowl. Sprinkle over the fresh mint and drizzle on the lime juice. Serve immediately or cover and keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
Notes
*Served best cold.
