Easy to double or triple for a group, this mango guacamole recipe is easy and tasty.
- 3 ripe avocados (peeled and mashed)
- Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 mango (diced)
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1) In a large bowl mash together the avocados, lime, lemon, salt and pepper. Carefully mix in the mango and cilantro. Serve with chips and enjoy!
