Mango Guacamole
Because we all need more guac in our lives. Also, Labor Day is next weekend and I know you’re in need of new apps!
Who isn’t gonna love the person who walks into a party with the guac?!? And yep. I added mango because it’s kind of the perfect sweet addition to this quick and easy simple dish.
In case you forgot how to perfectly dice a mango…Don’t worry, I got your back.
Feel free to double this recipe to feed a larger crowd. I can easily polish off an entire bowl on my own!
Also, is there anything more satisfying in life than cutting open the perfect avocado? Maybe peeling an orange in one peel. But other than that, there’s not much.
Okay. Go. Make yourself and your family and friends an extremely large bowl of this guac.
You can thank me later. Happy weekend!
