Watch how to make overnight oats
It’s really as simple as throwing together a few simple ingredients and letting them do their thang in the fridge.
Jen and I wanted to make these back to school mornings as easy as possible. Even if there’s nobody going back to school in your home, there’s no reason not to start your morning off right.
Your body will thank you. And so will your energy level.

Have you tried this with oat milk? I just read about almond milk hurting honey bees so I’ve switched to oatmilk.
Would totally work!
Can you use regular 2% milk?
Yes
I do mine like that except I add some greek yogurt and some organic frozen mango for the fruit.
For extra protein can we add a scoop of whey protein powder?
Sure! I don’t see why not! I would probably mix it with the liquid before adding.
How many calories are in this?
Can this be made with steel cut oats? I have a big box of that and I don’t come across many recipes that call for it 🙁
I’ve never tried it, but I think it would work fine!
So totally gotta try this. Started the dietbet.com with Jen and am hungry for ideas and recipes ☺
Yes!! It’s a great one to jumpstart with!
