Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup garlic olive oil (or regular olive oil)


  1. 1) Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies and enjoy!
