- 2 cans garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup garlic olive oil (or regular olive oil)
- 1) Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies and enjoy!
