Description

There’s no need to buy the pre-made stuff when it’s this easy to make your own! The Best 5-Minute Blender Hummus uses just a few ingredients to make a classic, flavorful dip that’s versatile and nutritious.


Ingredients

For the Hummus:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • ½ cup tahini
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 small garlic clove (or half a large clove)
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ½ cup ice water

Garnish (Optional):

  • Olive oil 
  • Paprika 
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high powder blender and blend until very smooth (about 1 minute). Adjust salt or lemon to taste. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika and some fresh parsley if desired. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
