Wild Blueberry Zucchini Smoothie


A thick and creamy smoothie made with wild blueberries and zucchini!


  • 1 banana (or sub for 2 pitted dates)
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas (these add protein!)
  • 1 cup frozen, chopped zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1/23/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter (any kind you like)
  • 1 handful ice


  1. Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute!
