A thick and creamy smoothie made with wild blueberries and zucchini!
- 1 banana (or sub for 2 pitted dates)
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen peas (these add protein!)
- 1 cup frozen, chopped zucchini
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen
- 1/2–3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons nut butter (any kind you like)
- 1 handful ice
- Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute!
