Description

These Shredded Chicken Avocado Caesar Wraps offer a perfect blend of shredded chicken and smooth avocado, all wrapped up with a tangy homemade Caesar dressing in a tortilla! This hand-held meal is a great way to enjoy a portable lunch or dinner! 


Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup caesar dressing (plus extra for dipping)
  • 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas 
  • 1 avocado, sliced


Instructions

  1. To a large bowl add the lettuce, chicken, Parmesan cheese and dressing. Taste and add more dressing if necessary. Set aside. 
  2. Place the tortillas on a large cutting board or clean surface. If tortillas are not pliable, place on a paper towel lined plate and warm for 15-20 seconds so they are easier to work with. 
  3. Divide the salad mixture between the four tortillas. Lay a few slices of avocado on top of the salad in each wrap. 
  4. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up like you would a burrito. Cut in half and serve with extra dressing for dipping if you like.
