Strawberry Cauliflower Smoothie
Yep. Cauliflower. Frozen cauliflower to be exact.
I know, it sounds crrrrrrazy. But, it’s my new favorite thing. Frozen cauliflower makes your smoothie thick an creamy, without any weird flavor! It’s kind of a game changer.
Plus it’s a great way to sneak in some extra veg. If you want the cauliflower to be a little easier to digest you can go ahead and steam the cauliflower and let it cool before freezing it. Otherwise, you can simply freeze it as is and blend away!
I kept this smoothie nice and simple, as always. And I think you guys will really enjoy this one. It’s a great way to start the week!
Even the little ones can’t resist!

Notes
The hemp seeds, chia seeds and bee pollen are all optional. They won’t change the taste of the smoothie, but they all provide wonderful added nutrition!
Is there any nutritional information on this? I can’t seem to find it..i.e., the amount of sugar, calories, etc.
I don’t provide that information but you can plug it into a nutritional calculator!
Will the taste vary much with oat milk or coconut milk?
Not at all!
Okay. The cauliflower is blowing my mind and I feel like this could be a wonderful way to bulk up the vegetable intake at our house!
