Description

This simple Lemon Vinaigrette is great over any salad or drizzled over roasted veggies!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for 5-7 days. Please note that oil will harden in the fridge, so before using again, let it sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes or run the jar under warm water until it liquifies again.
