Are you ready for the easiest “recipe” ever? I put the word recipe in quotes because S’mores Yogurt Parfaits hardly count as a recipe. It’s basically just assembling a few simple ingredients, which often times tend to be my most popular posts! I thought for the holidays it would be fun to have this festive breakfast or snack option for your family. S’mores Yogurt Parfaits! Not sure who loves these more, me or my kids!
There’s nothing complicated or tricky about these S’mores Yogurt Parfaits. Feel free to use any yogurt you like; I used Greek. Then simply layer your favorite s’mores toppings to make it extra festive and holiday appropriate.
Move over, Bunny Pancakes! S’mores Parfaits are coming to town! Seriously, these two are tied for most beloved breakfast at our house. I love how EASY these are but how nice they look when everything is all layered up and pretty. Isn’t it nice when minimal effort looks extra festive and fancy?Print
S’mores Yogurt Parfaits are a quick and easy breakfast or snack made with greek yogurt, crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips.
- 2–3 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
- chocolate chips
- Take two glasses and sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on the bottom of each. Then layer with yogurt, chocolate chips and graham crackers again. Repeat layers until complete. Serve and enjoy!
