Description

Step up your salad game with this Easy Maple Balsamic Dressing that’s a perfect everyday dressing for quick and delicious salads.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 11.5 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Whisk everything together until emulsified. Store remaining dressing in the fridge for 1 week.

Notes

This recipe makes enough for 1 large salad that feeds about 4 people. Feel free to double or triple the recipe to use throughout the week.

When homemade dressing is stored in the fridge, the oil can sometimes solidify. If this happens, simply leave out at room temperature for about 1 hour then whisk together. Or run dressing jar under warm water to help loosen up the mixture.
